The location was peaceful, within walking distance of a football stadium. Booked a room with a good view over park. In general the service was excellent.

Had brilliant stay of one night and the weather was warm sunny. Tastefully decorated and functional rooms, the views over park were picturesque! Its location was quiet, just 5 minutes walk from a football stadium. Plus it was in a very nice area.

The wet room layout felt cramped and wasn't to my liking. Evening events created substantial noise, disrupting sleep, especially on the second night. The pre-authorization policy wasn't clearly communicated, a bit frustrating. Housekeeping interruptions despite a 'do not disturb' request felt intrusive and could enhance privacy policies.

The arrival by car was very uncomplicated. The location of the hotel is somewhat remote from Glasgow city centre, but very close to Hampden Park. By bus, taxi or Uber the centre can be reached within 10 minutes. The reception was very friendly - the hotel also has a bar and a restaurant for meals. The room was very comfortably furnished and very clean.
There are only little things to criticize. In front of the accommodation there are only public parking spaces. There's no elevator in the hotel. The TV in the room was very small.

TOP ROOM. Big, newly renovated, nicely furnished.
Nothing to complain about.

This is our fourth stay at No.10 - it is smart, friendly, excellent location(we have family close by) and Glasgow city centre is easily reached by train or car/cab.
Only that access to car parking at rear is on rough road which in the event of heavy rain - which we experienced last week- does get a little flooded!

Appealing clean property, it has amazingly nice and extremely accommodating staff on night shift. The double room is trendy and has an electric kettle, central heating and an iron.

The people make the difference..the cook a master, the staff friendly and giving the feeling that all is well. The house "oldschool" in every respect.

The room the bathroom were very large, clean and quiet.
The first impression was good... after a while, though, several glitches showed up: there was a single light fixture in the bedroom (no night-stand light); the bathroom was large but there were no shelves (all our toiletries were cramped on the small sink), the duved was quite warm - uncomfortably so! And there was nothing lighter to replace it. Overall it seemed that the hotel had plenty of money to spend on the rooms, with no idea on how to do that properly.

Not exactly what I expected
A bit of a mixed bag, let me tell you. The main room was quite nice, I was upgraded to a lovely Club Double, so that was a highlight. The bathroom was super clean and modern!
But honestly, it wasn't exactly affordable for what we got.
